Open Track Order and enter your order number with the email address or 10-digit mobile number you used at checkout. You will see the order status, and once it is dispatched, the courier name, the tracking (AWB) number and a link to follow the parcel on the courier's website. If you have an account, all your orders are also listed under My Account.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Call or email us with your order number. Once the cancellation is accepted, the refund is started within 72 hours and 100% of the amount you paid goes back to your original payment method. Orders that have already been dispatched can't be cancelled, but you can return them (see below).

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, and you have the receipt or proof of purchase. Email photos of the packaging and the product to info@thepowergenx.com. Within 48–72 hours we send you an RMA number and a packing slip; include the RMA number in the parcel. Read the full Return Policy for details.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we tell you whether the return is approved. Approved returns are refunded up to 90% of the sale price (less the shipping and handling charge of the original order) to your original payment method. The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. Only products bought from our own store can be returned.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. If a COD charge or an advance payment applies to your order, it is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order, so you always know exactly what you will pay online and what you will pay in cash to the courier.

Yes. PowerGenX sells 100% authentic products from international and national brands, sourced for our 6+ stores across India and our online store. If anything about a product you received doesn't look right, contact us with photos and your order number and we will look into it straight away.

Each product page lists the flavours, sizes, servings and nutrition details. You can also browse by goal, such as protein, creatine or pre-workout, or read our blog for guides. Not sure?
